Disable SPAM Filtering in Webmail
Follow the steps below to disable SPAM filtering in the Webmail application, preventing e-mails from being collected into the SPAM folder.
First, log into the 1&1 Webmail 2.0 interface at
using your full 1&1 e-mail address as the username and the account's password.
Log into Webmail
button toward the top-left of the page as shown in the image below.
In the Configuration menu on the left-hand side, scroll down and select
Click 1&1 Anti-SPAM
for the SPAM protection level and then click the
Select Off and click OK
A confirmation is displayed that the settings have been saved.
