Enable SPAM Filtering in 1&1 WebMail

Follow the steps below to enable SPAM filtering in your 1&1 WebMail account to prevent unwanted e-mails from crowding your inbox.

Step 1
First, log into the 1&1 WebMail 2.0 interface at using your full 1&1 e-mail address as the username and the account's password. Log in to Webmail

Click the Configuration button toward the top-left of the page as shown in the image below.Click the Configuration button

In the Configuration menu on the left-hand side, scroll down and select Extras. Select Extras

Click the 1&1 Anti-SPAM link. Click the 1&1 Anti-SPAM link

Select a Spam Protection level from Low to High. Select a level from Low to High

It is also possible to customize the SPAM settings further by clicking the User defined checkbox. Customize further by using the User defined settings

For more info about the additional settings, hover your mouse over the info link next to each setting. Some additional information may be available in the E-mail section of the 1&1 Help Center as well. When you are finished, click the OK button to save your settings.
