Create a Signature in 1&1 WebMail

Learn how to create a signature that can be automatically appended to your e-mails.

Step 1
First, log into the 1&1 WebMail interface at using your full 1&1 e-mail address as the username and the account's password. Webmail login

Click the Configuration icon toward the top-right of the page and select Edit Settings as shown in the image below.

Click Mail from the Basic settings menu and then select Signatures. Basic settings page

Click the Add new signature button. Signature settings page

  • Enter a Name for the signature (A).
  • Enter text for the Signature (B).
  • Choose a Place of Signature to place it above or below the written e-mail (C).
  • When finished, click the OK button to save the signature.
